1. Who we are

SwimPros ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MindGymPro member dashboard at www.swimpros.com. We provide mental performance training resources for competitive swimmers and swim parents. Questions about this policy can be directed to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

  • Account information: Your name and email address, provided either directly or via Google Sign-In.
  • Onboarding quiz responses: Your answers to our intake questions about your swimming goals, challenges, and role (swimmer or parent).
  • Progress data: Which quests you've completed, your XP, streaks, and level progression within the dashboard.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the platform, such as pages visited and features used.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Personalise your mental training dashboard and quest recommendations
  • Track your progress and XP over time
  • Send you relevant coaching updates or community announcements (only if you've opted in)
  • Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, ever.

4. Google Sign-In

We offer sign-in via Google OAuth. When you choose this option, Google shares your name and email address with us. We do not receive your Google password. The information shared is limited to what is necessary to create your account. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. If you become aware of any security issue, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar session tokens solely for authentication — to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent for any optional communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 7 days.

8. Children's privacy

Our platform is designed for use by adults (swim parents and adult swimmers). If a minor uses the platform, it should be under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
